Shipping & Deliveries

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order, your items will be shipped via standard shipping within 1-3 business days. If there are delays this will be conmunicated with you.

Please allow 1-2 extra days over public holidays and store closures for your items to be shipped.

If you placed an order that requires a freight quote, your order will only be shipped after we have contacted you with the freight quote and you have accepted and approved the quote.

Upon dispatch of your order you will be provided with tracking details for your purchase.

STANDARD RATES

Orders valued at up to $150 will be shipped at a flat shipping rate of $15 per order*

Orders valued at $150 or more will recieve FREE shipping to VIC, NSW, ACT & QLD only.

PLEASE note, orders to SA, WA, NT and Tasmania require and additional freight quote. For an accurate quote, please email our team with the items you are interested in and your delivery postcode to hello@theelephantroom.com.au

*FREE DELIVERY Excludes: furniture, bulky/ fragile items, mirrors or lighting and rugs. An additional freight quote may be issued for these items along with delivery to remote areas. If you do not approve the freight quote we will issue a full refund.

POST-PURCHASE FREIGHT QUOTES

Freight quotes will be sent seperately after payment if an additional cost applies.

Flat shipping rates and free shipping are dependent on location. Remote areas may incur extra shipping fees and be advised an additional payment is required prior to dispatch.

PRE-PURCHASE FREIGHT QUOTE ESTIMATES

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

While worldwide logistics are difficult - we have decided not to ship our products internationally at this time. We will review this regularly, and look forward to offering this option again as soon as possible.
